First Fighting Training Guide with Monks
Introduction
First Fighting has gained more relevance after the introduction of the Monk vocation, as it is now possible to train it directly with Monks in the game. Training First Fighting works similarly to how Knights train their melee skills - by standing next to a regenerating creature and attacking it with minimal damage. However, players should note that shielding tends to level up more slowly when training First Fighting compared to traditional melee training.
This guide presents the most efficient ways to train First Fighting online, focusing on the use of Monks and complementary strategies to ensure safe and consistent progress.
Important Recommendation
It is strongly recommended to use Offline Training Statues and Exercise Weapons when the player is away. This ensures continuous progress in First Fighting without the need for monitoring.
However, for those who wish to train actively or don't have access to a statue or exercise weapons at the moment, the methods below are suggestions.
Classic Training Methods (First Fighting)

Mad Sheep with Spellwand
BEST OPTIONThe Mad Sheep method is widely considered the best option for AFK online training due to its consistent healing and low damage output.
- Use a Spellwand to summon a Mad Sheep.
- Train with level 10 or 11 characters, using high-level weapons (such as a Crude Umbral Katar), to cause only 1 damage per attack.
- Can be combined with another weak nearby monster to train shielding as well.
- Perfect for long training sessions with minimal risk.
For Skills 20-50

Trolls
- Easy to find in many locations (Thais, Venore, Edron).
- Low damage output, suitable for beginners.
- Best for skills 20-30.
- Bring food as they don't have self-healing abilities.

Rotworms
- Found in various caves (Darashia, Ankrahmun, Edron).
- Slightly more health than Trolls.
- Good for skills 30-40.
- Bring potions for longer training sessions.

Minotaurs
- Available in many locations (Mintwallin, Folda, Kazordoon).
- Higher health and slightly higher damage.
- Recommended for skills 40-50.
- Bring better equipment and more supplies.
For Skills 50+

Enraged White Deer
- Kill a White Deer to generate the Enraged version, which has self-healing abilities.
- Excellent for more advanced training (skill 50+).
Useful Tips
- Bring food and use equipment that increases regeneration.
- Position yourself correctly to avoid accidentally killing the monster.
- Always use training weapons if you want to extend the training session.
